President AND VICE-PRESIDENT Approval:
  • The Research Office will begin work on your request after it receives full approval.  The approval process is as follows:

    Send a copy of your request to the Vice-President specific to the content area of your request.  If the Vice President recommends approval, (s)he will forward the request to the President for full approval. 

    Approval can be forwarded to the Research Office in one of two ways:

     
    • After submitting this form, request that your President and Vice-President send an e-mail to Pamela Wright, Planner indicating his/her approval of the project.
    • After submitting this form, the next page you see will contain a copy of the information you entered (print for your records). If you check the following boxes, there will be spaces provided on the page to obtain your President's and Vice-President's signatures. You can then mail this form to the Research Office.
