What equipment and software do I need to be an online student?
You will need:
- Access to a fairly new computer.
- Reliable internet access (56k modem or better)
- Internet Explorer (6.0 or higher) or Firefox (1.5 or
higher)
- Word processing software such as Microsoft Word.
- Course-specific software.
We use release 8 of the Blackboard Academic Suite (basic
