Please follow these steps to open the form you need.

1. Most forms will open in your Internet browser or your word processor.

2. MS Word will allow you to jump from field to field as long as the Lock and Field icons have been turned on through the Forms Toolbar.

3. Once you make a selection, your browser or application will jump to the form.
